Bikergospel is challenging all bike clubs to dig deep and adopt a tree.
During our last Gift of Hope fun day at Parkside Primary School it became clear that they were in need of some trees, for the bikers when we meet there once a year and also more importantly for the kids when they are at school.
A discussion on the day prompted Bikergospel to sponsor two trees, and in doing so challenge all other bike clubs to do the same.
The date has been set for 25 October 2014, and we have ordered 40 trees from Amalinda nursery, not small ones really big ones, so they grow faster for May next year when we again meet for our Gift of Hope day.
Your contribution of R300.00 will give you a tree, a plaque with your club name on and the class that will be responsible for the tree. And don’t forget the opportunity to plant the tree on the day.
Please note that our banking details are below, as we will be paying Amalinda nursery for the trees, and have the plaques made.
There will as always be food and drinks, and jumping castles for the kids.
Please dig deep, you are not limited to the number of trees you can sponsor, and in doing so will help the kids, the environment and the community as a whole.
Bikes meet at the Settlers Monument Beach Front 09h00 for the ride to the school.
Once you have made your deposit please send your details to bikergospel@gmail.com as we will be updating our sponsor page on our web site, check it out so long www.bikergospel.co.za
